Smiths Falls Ford is looking for a talented Licensed Technician to join our team!

Job Description:

•    Diagnose the source of malfunctions and carry out repairs in accordance with shop/Ford standards.
•    Replace or repair mechanical/electrical units or parts.
•    Effectively complete the work outlined on maintenance and repair orders while adhering to dealership and/or factory standards.
•    Provide service advisors and consumers with a non-technical explanation of mechanical diagnostics and necessary repairs.

Requirements:

•    Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification.
•    Valid driver's licence with a clear driving history.
•    The capacity to work quickly and cooperatively with others.
•    Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
•    A high level of motivation, energy and strong customer service skills.
•    Keep workspace secure.

Ford experience and dealership training an asset and will be considered when discussing wages.
