Smiths Falls Ford is looking for a SERVICE ADVISOR to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities of the job include greeting customers, assessing vehicle condition, discussing required maintenance and repairs.
Other responsibilities will include, writing up repair orders for the technicians, keeping customers up to date on repair needs / pricing / timelines and finally assisting the customer with vehicle pickup and payment.
Our service advisors exhibit exceptional phone skills while taking calls to book appointments or answer customer inquiries.
Automotive and customer service is an asset but not required. Applicants should be friendly, organized reliable and able to work with a team.
